Terms of Service
Last updated · 15 August 2026
These terms cover this website and the build services offered through it. Using the site or submitting an application means you accept them.
Applications are not agreements
Submitting the application form does not create a contract and does not reserve a build slot. Slots are limited, reviewed 1-on-1 and approved case by case.
Creating a Lovable workspace through my link makes you eligible to apply. It does not entitle you to a free build, a rescue, or any specific turnaround.
What a foundation is
A foundation is a first working version of one clearly defined app, built privately and transferred into your own Lovable workspace as a clean project.
It is not a finished, launch-ready product unless we separately agree paid completion work. Scope is confirmed before any build starts.
Paid work
Build rescues, completion work and ongoing support are quoted in writing before anything begins. Quotes are based on the information you provide; if the real scope turns out to be materially different, the quote can change and you can decline.
Payment terms, milestones and deadlines are agreed per project.
What stays private
My internal build system — prompts, workflows, tooling and the Command Center — is confidential and is never transferred, licensed or shared. You receive the finished project, not the process that produced it.
Ownership
Once a project is transferred into your workspace, the delivered application code is yours to use, modify and commercialise.
Third-party services you connect (hosting, payments, email, APIs) remain governed by their own terms, and their fees are your responsibility.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, respond within a reasonable time, and hold the rights to anything you ask me to build with or include.
I do not build applications that are illegal, deceptive, or designed to harm, harass or defraud people. I may decline or stop any project on those grounds.
No guarantees of outcome
I do not promise revenue, users, funding, app-store approval or any other business result. Software work also carries normal technical risk; bugs are fixed under whatever support arrangement we agree.
To the extent the law allows, my liability for any claim connected to this site or the services is limited to the amount you paid me for the work concerned.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version published here at the time you submit an application is the one that applies to it.
